Forge Fabrications policies and privacy
Launch policies for custom Forge Fabrications products. Checkout is customer approval of the submitted product details and requires review of these terms before payment. Privacy and data handling terms are included below in the same policy center.

Refunds and Cancellations
Forge Fabrications products are custom made-to-order physical goods. Checkout confirms approval of the submitted size, layout, color, artwork, product options, and order details.
Cancellation requests are reviewed internally. If the first print for the order has not started, Forge Fabrications can refund the order, minus any payment processor fees that are not returned to Forge Fabrications.
Once the first print has started, customer-requested changes or cancellations are not automatically refundable. Changes requested after that point usually require a new purchase or quote.
If Forge Fabrications cannot produce the approved order, the customer can choose a corrected replacement plan, alternate artwork guidance where applicable, or a refund.
Lead Time
Standard launch lead time is 2 to 4 weeks from payment and approval of the order details.
Complex artwork, large layouts, custom options, material availability, or machine queue pressure can extend the lead time.
Customers receive an update if the order is expected to move outside the quoted production window.
Lead time starts after payment is complete and the submitted project is usable for fabrication.
Shipping and Delivery
Forge Fabrications orders are packed for shipment after final quality checks.
Taxes and shipping are added at checkout when applicable. The checkout page shows the charge before payment is submitted.
Customers should inspect the package when it arrives and keep packaging if anything appears damaged.
Damage, missing parts, or fabrication defects should be reported within 3 days of delivery.
When a product includes a standard mounting kit, wall conditions still vary. Mounting hardware is not guaranteed to fit every wall, surface, rental restriction, stud layout, or installation condition.
Customer Service
Support requests should include the customer name, order email, Stripe receipt or session reference, photos if relevant, and a short description of the issue.
Response target is 1 to 2 business days during the launch period.
Customer-requested changes after checkout are handled as a new order or quote unless Forge Fabrications decides otherwise.
For shipping damage or fabrication defects, Forge Fabrications pays reasonable return shipping when a return is required.
If the delivered product does not match the approved order because of shipping damage or fabrication defect, Forge Fabrications will review the issue and choose an appropriate resolution, such as repair, replacement parts, remake, refund, or another reasonable fix.
Artwork Responsibility
Customers must have the right to use any uploaded logo, artwork, name, trademark, or design submitted for a Forge Fabrications order.
Trademarked or copyrighted artwork may be used only when the customer has the rights, permission, or lawful personal-use basis for that use. Forge Fabrications may flag those orders for review before fabrication or commercial sale.
Forge Fabrications reviews submitted artwork before fabrication and may reject, cancel, request changes, or offer alternate artwork suggestions for copyrighted, trademarked, offensive, unsafe, impossible, explicit, or unprintable artwork.
If artwork cannot be accepted, Forge Fabrications may offer alternate artwork suggestions or a refund when the order cannot move forward.
Checkout or export acknowledgement means the customer accepts responsibility for the submitted artwork and the final generated layout.
Personal and Commercial Use
Personal-use 3MF exports are for the customer's own personal printing and may not be sold, shared, sublicensed, or redistributed as digital files.
Selling physical Makers Wall products generated with Forge Fabrications tools requires an active commercial license or written commercial permission from Forge Fabrications.
A commercial license allows sale of physical printed products only. It does not allow resale, sharing, sublicensing, or redistribution of generated 3MF, STL, CAD, source, or other digital files.
Commercial license terms, founder access, and campaign entitlements may be updated during early access; the applicable terms are the terms shown at checkout, export, or account entitlement activation.
Subscriptions and Access Passes
Personal Plus and Commercial Makers Wall access are annual subscriptions. Checkout shows the price, billing frequency, and renewal terms before payment is submitted.
Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year through Stripe unless the customer cancels before the renewal date. The account page links to Stripe billing management when a Stripe subscription is active.
Cancellation turns off future automatic renewal. Unless Forge Fabrications states otherwise, access remains active through the paid-through date and then expires at the end of that billing period.
Large Project Pass access is a one-time 7-day pass and does not automatically renew.
Subscription fees and access passes are not automatically prorated or refunded after access begins. Refund requests, duplicate charges, payment errors, or exceptional support cases are reviewed by Forge Fabrications.
If a renewal payment fails, subscription access may pause or expire after the paid-through date until payment succeeds or the account is otherwise resolved.
Product Use and Appearance
Forge Fabrications products are intended for decorative and organizational use unless a product page states otherwise. They are not rated for heavy loads, child safety use, structural mounting, climbing, or commercial load-bearing use.
Colors, surface finish, and material appearance can vary because filament availability, print orientation, lighting, and screen color previews are approximate.
Customers are responsible for choosing an installation location, checking wall suitability, and installing the product safely for their space.
Mounting surfaces, wall conditions, and customer-selected installation choices may change how the finished product performs after installation.
References to pegboard-compatible layouts, SKADIS, SKÅDIS, Bambu-ready 3MF files, Bambu Studio, IKEA, Bambu Lab, or other third-party products describe intended workflow or fit context only. Forge Fabrications is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those third parties unless a page states otherwise.
Order Changes
Customers should review dimensions, artwork, color count, mounting assumptions, product options, and delivery information before checkout. If a change is needed after checkout, contact Forge Fabrications as quickly as possible through the Help page. Changes requested after checkout may require a new quote or a new order, especially after the first print has started.
How we handle your information
This policy explains how Forge Fabrications collects, uses, and protects information submitted through the website, generators, checkout, support, and account workflows.
Updated June 5, 2026
Information We Collect
Contact, account, quote, support, and checkout information you submit, including name, email address, request details, order context, and product configuration choices.
Uploaded artwork or design files you choose to provide for product preview, review, saved projects, fabrication, export, or support.
Customer account records, including sign-in status, saved Makers Wall projects, recent export records, and basic profile information received from enabled sign-in providers.
How We Use Information
To respond to help requests, quote requests, waitlist submissions, product questions, and customer support needs.
To review whether submitted artwork, product options, layouts, or orders can be produced by Forge Fabrications.
To save and reopen Makers Wall projects, show recent export history, operate protected preview surfaces, and support limited regeneration or download workflows during beta.
To send brief transactional messages related to requests, orders, access approvals, support, production status, fulfillment, or account activity.
Payments and Service Providers
Forge Fabrications uses third-party service providers for payment processing, email delivery, hosting, diagnostics, sign-in, and product operations.
Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored directly by Forge Fabrications.
Email notifications may be sent through Resend or a similar email delivery provider, and sign-in providers may share basic profile information when you choose that option.
Data Retention and Security
Forge Fabrications keeps request, support, quote, order, account, project, artwork, and preview-access records for as long as needed to operate the business, support customers, satisfy legal or accounting needs, and improve product workflows.
Makers Wall launch account history is bounded: recent export history is limited, and generated 3MF download or rebuild behavior may change during beta.
Reasonable technical and operational safeguards are used to protect submitted information, but no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Access to private operational tools is limited to approved users and administrators.
Your Choices
You can contact Forge Fabrications to request access, correction, deletion, or review of personal information connected to your email address.
You can choose not to submit optional forms, artwork, quote details, or preview-access requests.
Transactional messages related to orders, support, access, or safety may still be sent when needed to complete a requested service.
